Membership Waiver
By paying your dues and accepting the on-line waiver, you hereby release Lawson Park Family Tennis Club and its executive, volunteers and professionals from all claims for damages arising from any accident, or injury to members named herein while on the premises of Lawson Family Tennis Club. I and/or the members named within my membership profile, also agree to abide by the rules outlined on The Court page.
*Junior (under 18 years of age as of January 1, 2024) ONLY members MUST have the Parent or Guardian complete the on-line Membership.
