Membership Waiver
By paying your dues and accepting the on-line waiver, you hereby release Lawson Park Family Tennis Club and its executive, volunteers and professionals from all claims for damages arising from any accident, or injury to members named herein while on the premises of Lawson Family Tennis Club. I and/or the members named within my membership profile, also agree to abide by the rules outlined on The Court page.
*Junior (under 18 years of age as of January 1, 2026) ONLY members MUST have the Parent or Guardian complete the on-line Membership.
Returning Members:
- As a previous 2025 member, you should already have access to the website.
- After logging in, click on your name located at the top right corner of the page to access your membership profile.
- Review and update any changes to your membership details.
- Click Update and Next button.
New Members:
- Processing of new member applications will start April 1, 2026 provided the Club is not at capacity
- Please click Join
For Mail In Registration:
Please print, complete and sign the attached 2026 Membership Application Form [2026 Application and Waiver.pdf]. Note - only cheques will be accepted as payment. Membership tags will be mailed to the address on your Membership Profile page.
